Resident Services Provided

The following services are included in the basic monthly fee:

• 24 hour security provided by on-site staff
• Three home-cooked meals with choice of entree, served in our elegantly decorated dining rooms
• Dietician consultations for resident's with special dietary needs
• Simple reminder service for scheduled meals, activities and appointments
• 24 hour staff supervision
• Weekly housekeeping services (vacuuming, changing bedliners, dusting, cleaning bathroom and kitchen
• Light daily suite cleaning
• Laundry done weekly
• all utilities (including basic cable TV, but excluding phone charges)
• Regular monitoring of residents health and well-being
• Monthly physician visits
• Medication administration (cost of medications NOT included)
• Monthly blood pressure, weight and nutritional status checks
• Social, educational and recreational programs
• Licensed and certified nursing staff 7 days a week
• Monthly psychiatrists visits
